Made to Order

Every piece is made to order. Because of that, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size. Please check the Size Guide before ordering, and if you are between sizes or unsure, email us first and we will help you pick.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email info@createdbyamar.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims are replaced free or refunded to the original payment method, your choice.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production has begun, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
